Hey, I’m Samantha! I help women feel confident and empowered in business. During my graduate program, I realized that women across industries feel the need to prove themselves in the workplace in order to have a seat at the conference room table. After graduating with a masters of science in organizational leadership, I developed the LeadHERs Podcast to show women that we don’t need to prove ourselves to have a seat at the table--we own the dang thing! In the podcast, I share personal experiences from 10+ years in the workplace, interview female leadhers in business, and share tips and tricks for being a boss with a capital B.
